The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, and I loved the big shower. Housekeeping was on point, keeping everything spotless daily. There were enough amenities to make it feel like home, and the water pressure was solid. Just a cozy, relaxing stay overall.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a huge variety of both western and Asian dishes.

Some common areas needed better maintenance, particularly the back of the lobby which looked shabby.

Additionally, the hotel has a misleading representation online. Moreover, I didn't appreciate that my bill included charity donations without my consent.

We loved the expansive grounds and the incredible pool activities, without a doubt. The kids particularly enjoyed the fantastic kids' club, which kept them entertained with PS5s and fun games, giving us some well-deserved relaxation time on the beach.
